We do this through contacting family members of our clients and the clients themselves and strive to arrange specific needs and wants. Through personalised surveys and consultations, we will regularly improve our services.
We take maximal measures to make sure the environment of our clients is safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Our regards for personal needs will be reflected in meal preferences, outing suggestions and in-home recreation activities.
Our management team is previously experienced in community health, senior care, physical mobility and mental health.
We will regularly train our staff in house with our clients conducted by senior management and require additional institutional training such as First Aid and CPR, Food Safety, Care Worker Certificate and more.
